Newly remodeled comfortable accommodation w/in a short 8-minute walk to the city center and 2 kilometers to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with full oven, refrigerator and washer/dryer combo. It accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, safe private parking outside the house and large yard with an artesian mineral water well. Well behaved pets are welcome. Equally great for short trips as well as extended stays! The space The accommodation (Nõmme 4) is situated in half of the duplex building. Common wall is well insulated and not adjacent to sleeping areas. We have tried to make our house as comfortable as possible. It has been completely renovated. The house comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 1 extra person on a convertible couch on request. *Bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer *Modern kitchen with washer/dryer combo, full stove/oven, large fridge, microwave oven, coffee-maker and toaster * Table for 4 is under the window *2 cozy bed- rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. Both bed-rooms also have writing desks with chairs and cloth hanging racks *Living room full of natural light with a comfortable sofa that can be opened for sleeping, and TV *We have fast Wi-Fi-internet *Parking available next to the house Guest access You can access the whole house and half of the yard and the artesian water. The sheds in the yard are not accessible for guests. Other things to note -Please treat our house as if it was yours. -Please tidy up after you leave and wash the dishes. -Respect the people living next-door. -Please be keep noise down after 9pm. -No smoking inside the house. -You can smoke in the yard. - We do not provide snow removal.
