Access is an exclusive affair, orchestrated by the whimsical high tides that decide when the doors open to your seaside sanctuary. Layout: - You enter the wooden gates with sand on your toes and with the songs of the waves, welcoming you to Time & Tide - The villa’s simplicity instantly makes you feel at home. The warm colors of sunshine and the canopy of trees relax you instantly. - Entering the main door, you are greeted with the sprawling living area bathed in natural light, adorned with contemporary furnishings, a pool table, and panoramic views of the azure sea and lawns. - The bar table is the perfect ‘work’ station for your cocktails, whether you like it shaken or stirred. - The bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom is easy access to the elders enjoying the luxuries of this home. - Time & Tide spoils you for choice. Choose between the sea waves or the pool vibes to enjoy your summer dip! - A gazebo by the pool is the perfect companion for your pool dips. - The first floor hosts 4 comfortable bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and an intimate living area connecting all the bedrooms. - The second floor has a terrace to enjoy evening snacks or fun games like dumb charades, and Anatakshari with your family. Guest access No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool, etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note - Outside food is not allowed in the villa. - This is a Pure Vegetarian home. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. - Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, - Driving Licenses and Passports. - Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - Mandatory Refundable Security Deposit INR 9000 is applicable. - This is a 5-bedroom villa. - You can book a minimum of 3 rooms in this Villa. Since the access to the home is from the beach, guests won't be able to take their vehicles during High Tides. The home is at a walking distance of 200mts. - Network connectivity is very low for Jio and sparse for other network carriers within the villa. Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, comfortable beds, a wardrobe, and WiFi. - The staff at this home comprises people including the chef, and caretakers to cater to any of your getaway needs. - Up to 2 cars can be parked on site. - Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At Time & Tide, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
