These two luxurious flats are located in the centre of Kappl, right next to the Diasalp cable car, making the ski area and the summit easily accessible. Ischgl is only 7 minutes away by car and offers an unrivalled skiing experience with 239 km of pistes . Situated on the sunny side of the Paznaun Valley, the spacious balconies of the flats offer all-day sunshine and breathtaking views. The building also has a spa area with pool, sauna and steam bath. The space The two flats can either be connected or used independently of each other and are equipped with the best materials. A total of four queen-size beds and four beds for children are available at the apartments. The flats offer maximum comfort in traditional Tyrolean style. Each has two bedrooms with their own bathroom - a double room and a twin room with additional fold-out bunk beds, so that groups of up to six people can be comfortably accommodated. The large living and dining area is enhanced by a coal fire and creates a cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, provides for the necessary self-catering . If both flats are rented together, they can be connected by a connecting door , otherwise solid double doors guarantee the necessary privacy. The building houses a luxurious spa area with a swimming pool, three different saunas, a relaxation room and a terrace. Massages and other spa treatments can be booked on request. There are also washing facilities and a ski room with lockers and boot warmers. Guest access The apartments are located in the builing of the hotel Dorfstadl. The opening hours of the SPA are is related to the opening hours of the hotel. Guests can park directly in front of the building and in the underground car park (one parking space per flat). There is also a practical connecting corridor to the Hotel Dorfstadl, where a cocktail bar and fine dining are on offer. The bus stop to Ischgl is right outside the door. In winter, the region is a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders, and in summer there are numerous hiking and mountain bike trails.
