The space The 5O m2 apartment, located on the first floor, is bright and warm and has a harmonious and minimalist style, with an exposed wooden beam ceiling. It consists of two bedrooms, the main one has a double bed with two mattresses, TV, desk with double folding chair, an old cinema, two nightstands and closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a desk and closet, both decorated with beautiful artistic stained glass windows. A full bathroom with natural light, like the rest of the rooms. Basic kitchen, kitchenette type 185 long, with the essential elements for cooking. Dining table for 4 diners with all the necessary tools for a comfortable stay, and a living room included in this area with windows overlooking the garden; it has a sofa, armchair, TV, and desk. All in tune with the rest of the apartment. Heat is supplied by electric stoves. Guest access The pool, measuring approximately 12x5m2, will be for the exclusive use of the client when they decide to use this service, and will not be used by the host under any circumstances. The garden is shared with the host who will use it in order to keep it in perfect condition.
