Voss cabin 18 - new with panoramic view

Newer cabin (completed summer 2018) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and high standard in Grevlesstølen/lower Tråstølen. The cabin is located at 300 meters above sea level, with a short distance to the family slope (ski slope) and a view of the lower station of the lift. There is underfloor heating, balanced ventilation system, fireplace, fiber/internet, all appliances and smart TV. 2 of the bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor (on the ground floor). The loft has 2 bedrooms and a TV room. Here the ceiling height is reduced. Insta: @vosscabin18 The space The plot is shielded and nicely located at the end of the road and is 1.4 acres. The height difference down to the road is 10m (steep hill and steep slopes) which means that the cabin is airy and sheltered with a fantastic view. On the south side of the cabin, with exit from the living room is a terrace of about 40 sqm with outdoor furniture. Outside the site there is 70-80 sqm of lawn. Guest access Whole Other things to note We do not want to rent out to groups of friends, or to company parties, etc. Check-in must be before midnight as we have to open a road barrier upon arrival. Any washing during the stay must be agreed upon in advance. The bed solution in Bedroom 2 is a space-built family bunk bed of 140*200 below and 75*200 above. The double beds in the master bedroom downstairs and the double room upstairs both measure 150*200. All the single beds in what we call the "children's room" on the loft measure 75*200. These are built-in and cannot be moved. The entire upper floor (loft) has reduced ceiling height due to sloping ceilings. It is 190 cm at the highest point and then slopes downwards. Very tall people should sleep on the 1st floor. There is some construction work going on, a terrace in the back and a patio under the roof towards the neighbor. There is still plenty of space on the terrace for use now (about 40 sqm).
