The area is central but located in quiet street, just 15 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, and 5 minutes walk from the train station Venice Santa Lucia and the boat stops. Other things to note Since 2011 tourists staying in Venice must pay the tourist tax.The amount in the high season is € 4,00 per night per person, in low season (from 01 to 31 January) € 2,80 per night per person, for a maximum of 5 nights.
