The space This is an entire basement area complete with furnished family room and private bedroom, and a shared bathroom. Washer and dryer are available. Very close to the big and little cottonwood canyon. There is a second bedroom which is listed separately but has a queen sized bed and can accommodate an additional 2 people. Etc. Guest access The house is 3900 Sq ft and you'll have access to most of it. You will have your own area in the basement that is mostly private. We will occasionally bump into us if you are on the main level. You'll have access to the kitchen, main room family room and the back porch. Laundry services are available, please let me know if needed. During your stay Can be as limited as the guests need it to be. Other things to note ***Parking ONLY in the smiths parking lot directly across the street from the house. It's free. Please don't park on the street in front or side of the house or in the driveway*** Please note that there are security cameras on the main level as well as one in the living room in the basement in all the common areas. These have been in service for over two year and only monitor the common areas in the home. Please note that the second bedroom in the basement may or may not be rented and you may be sharing the basement space with another guest. Since this is a long term rental, you get a substantial discount which also means that you will be responsible for cleaning your room and clean up after yourself in the common areas. We will provide cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner for your own room. We will also provide clean bed sheets and linen. Just bring up the old Linen when you feel its time for a change.
