Cosy Craftsman in Downtown Fredericton

Welcome to Downtown Fredericton! Recently updated (April 2022) 1 bedroom space with private entrance located in the downtown core. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and for scenic river views (all less than 10 minutes)! The space Cute and Cosy 1.5 Story Craftsman located on a friendly, relatively quiet street in Downtown Fredericton. Entrance to your separate unit is through the back gate on the side of the house that leads you into the back yard. Your separate entrance is the back door, entering into a sun room. Beyond that is a bathroom with a stand-up shower and washer/dryer, followed by a bedroom with a plush queen bed. Guest access There is no full kitchen in this space, but there is a coffee station, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a mini fridge. There is a patio set and a hammock in the back yard which you are welcome to use (spring, summer and fall). Other things to note Parking: There is an overnight parking ban in downtown Fredericton for the winter months (December 1st - March 31st from 12am-7am). My driveway does have space for 2 cars, so during these months I have been sharing the driveway with guests which works out great! During the remaining months, there is free street parking for the evenings and weekends, and free 2 hour street parking from 8am-5pm during the weekdays. During these months, I ask that guests park on the street overnight just next to the entrance to the airbnb (which is actually closer than parking in the driveway!). Other accommodations for parking can be made, just let me know if you need the driveway for any reason (aka, I am sure we can make it work!). Other: My kitchen is just on the other side of the wall from the Airbnb, so you may hear me moving around in there at times (typically very regular hours for being in the kitchen, and tbh, I am not in there THAT often). I also have a small, super friendly, non-barky, dog who lives in the main part of the house with me, that may be worth noting for severe allergies.
