Villa Skyline is a newly constructed 3-bedroom villa with a private pool of 13 sqm and breathtaking views of the enchanting Cretan landscape and the majestic 'White' Mountains. Located on a serene hillside in the traditional village of Malaxa, this villa invites you to indulge in tranquility and modern comforts. A car is needed for your holidays, since it is located about 1300 meters from the nearest taverna and a 15-minute drive from the picturesque town of Chania. The space The modern Villa Skyline is designed in a maisonette style. The ground floor level consists of an open plan living room area with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen as well as one bedroom with a queen size bed and a common shower bathroom. The open plan living room has direct access to the pool through balcony doors. The upper floor level features an open plan living room area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, which open to a furnished balcony. Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed bed and one bedroom with two single beds are provided in addition to a common shower bathroom. Please note that two more guests (7th, 8th) can sleep on the couches of the villa or an additional small double sofa bed on the basement of the staircase on the ground floor of the Villa. Free wireless internet, air conditioning system, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and hairdryer are offered. A private pool of 13 square meters with beautiful views, sun-loungers, sun umbrellas, a barbecue and an outdoor seating area are provided in the pool area. There is also access to a lovely backyard with an outdoor dining area, a built in barbecue and a wood oven, fenced to separate it from the backyard of the detached Villa built next to Villa Skyline. Free private parking space is also offered. Other things to note Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels and light cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price.
