Enjoy relaxing days in our peacefully located vacation home in the Eifel – ideal for nature, relaxation, and activities. Right outside the front door, hiking trails around the Obermaubach reservoir begin. The Eifel National Park also invites you to enjoy long tours. Cyclists use the RurUfer bike path, while motorcyclists enjoy the winding roads of the Eifel. After an active day, you can relax wonderfully here and enjoy the tranquility. The space Space for relaxation on two levels. Our charming vacation home is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people and boasts a well-thought-out floor plan – perfect for spending time together and for relaxing retreats. Ground floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom and guest toilet. Open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to the balcony, as well as a large terrace for relaxing hours outdoors. Upstairs: Three bedrooms – (1 double bed, 2 rooms with single beds). Modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and spacious wardrobes. WiFi is free throughout the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire vacation home as well as to all areas belonging to the property. This includes the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor area (e.g., terrace/garden). The basement is not accessible. Check-in is straightforward, with a personal handover. Parking for 2 cars is available directly at the property.
