The guest house is located in the old town of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, in a half-timbered house lovingly renovated with traditional building materials from 2015 to 2020. The apartment is modern with everything you need - and more - equipped. This includes a complete kitchen and even decent Wi-Fi. Within walking distance are the spa park, shopping, medical facilities, city bus stop and also many attractions. The space Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of a newly renovated half-timbered house. The accommodation with its approx. 30 m² consists of a portion of living / bedroom, an open kitchen, a dining area. The kitchen area can be reached via a step, due to the vaulted cellar in the house. Books can be found in the book corner - take, read, put back, take with you - always so that there is still reading material for other guests. The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with ventilation. 2 steps lead to the sanitary area. A washing machine can be used by arrangement. Other things to note Heilbad Heiligenstadt, as a spa town, charges a spa tax according to the applicable statutes. The calculation is made separately. You will receive the guest card from the host when the apartment is handed over. Business travelers are exempt from the spa tax
