The space The Sun apartment, located on the first floor, features a large terrace overlooking the pool, equipped with a lounge area, table, and chairs, reserved exclusively for guests. It consists of a bright living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV with an info monitor about the house and the area, independent air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all appliances, plus a small table and stools for breakfast. The elegant bathroom includes a shower, bidet, WC, and washing machine. Bedroom 1: double bed with topper and pillow menu, single sofa bed for an adult, 32" SAT TV, and independent air conditioning. Bedroom 2: 2 bunk single beds and an additional single bed. All bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The newly built pool has two depth levels: the main area is 10x5 m, h 1.55 m, and the children’s area is 4x4 m, h 0.50 m. The outdoor spaces, while shared, ensure privacy thanks to areas reserved for each apartment, equipped with shaded zones and professional sun loungers. The stunning Euganean Hills, just 10 km from the villa, offer walks through lush greenery, medieval villages, and must-try food and wine trails. Padua, only 7 km away, is an ancient city and a UNESCO “Urbs Picta,” famous for its frescoes from 1302–1397. Highlights include Prato della Valle, the largest square in Europe, the historic botanical garden, and many other hidden treasures.
