A house with timeless charm and refined comfort From the entrance, a rustic kitchen opens onto a dining area bathed in light, leading to a southwest-facing terrace. Here, every meal becomes a suspended moment, facing stunning views of the park and the stream. Nearby, a cozy lounge area welcomes you with its majestic fireplace, ideal for warm evenings. This level also includes a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with a unique character serves a second bedroom with a private bathroom. The garden level houses two bright bedrooms, both with direct access to the outside, leading to a swimming pool nestled in the heart of the park. A bathroom, laundry room and technical rooms complete this space. The wooded park of more than four ares is a real invitation to relax, embellished with the gentle murmur of water. Other things to note The organization of parties, evenings or any other type of gathering exceeding the number of people provided for in the rental contract is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner. Failure to comply with these rules may result, depending on the seriousness of the facts, in: a warning, a deduction from the security deposit, or even immediate eviction from the premises without notice or refund, without prejudice to any legal action that the owner may take to obtain compensation for the damage suffered.
