Family size air b&b by the sea

It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊 The space Check out the pictures . We're fairly new at hosting but all our guests have loved staying here and we're open to any tips for improvements. Guest access There's no shared areas . Guests can access front door with a push button key pad for self check in . There's front and back patios , both with lovely views and amenities . There's fantastic level biking along the ocean in both directions from the house and we have six bicycles with helmets and bike locks.
