Gîte Le Parmand

Gîte for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 min from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 45 min from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Top pied-à-terre to visit our region with family(ies) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Friday to Sunday with Karine (serving) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). Maiween (early childhood pro) offers babysitting (available on weekends and evenings). Enjoy your stay as you wish. The space Accommodation of about 80 m2 consisting of 2 large bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 4 beds: 1 double bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90, or 8 beds in total. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an equipped kitchen and all the usual equipment complete the comfort of this cottage: washing machine, dishwasher, baby bed, changing table, 2 parking spaces... Guest access The 80 m2 cottage is on the first floor of the building with private access (2 parking spaces available). Other things to note No pets allowed. Smoking is also not allowed in the cottage. A sheltered smoking area is provided at the entrance to the cottage.
