Our one-bedroom home is on a 5-acre property with stunning ocean views from the kitchen and living area. The separate bathroom pod, conveniently situated just across the deck, features a shower with panoramic ocean views and window looking out to the peaceful bush. Located on Point Henry Peninsula, our location offers easy access to Bremer's beautiful white sandy beaches, Fitzgerald National Park and unique Orca whale watching tours. EV friendly The space The house features a spacious bedroom, an open-concept kitchen and living area, and a unique external bathroom pod with washing facilities. The expansive outdoor deck offers ample space for relaxation, complete with a BBQ and comfortable furniture for dining overlooking peppermint trees and beautiful views West across Dillon Bay. The house is set on a 5-acre native bush property, providing peace and privacy. Enjoy the tranquility of nature, birdlife, and visits from friendly kangaroos. It's the perfect place to explore the Fitzgerald National Park and beaches on Point Henry Peninsular as well as a unique and captivating Bremer canyon Orcas tour. Wellstead Museum and Café is just a short walk away for a coffee or meal. Bremer Bay townsite is a short 8 km from our place. In Bremer there is supermarket/bottle shop, the Bremer Bay Resort hotel or the local brewery if you are seeking a meal out. As well as a coffee van at the local paper barks. Guest access All the space is yours to use and enjoy! There is a caravan on the property, however this is fully locked up and not in use. It is for personal use by the owners when they visit. Rest assured, there will be no-one coming to visit while you stay at hilltop Cabin. Other things to note EV Charge capable with 32amp 5 pin socket-BYO cable - Please note an extra surcharge will be incurred The house operates on a large rain water tank so we request guests to be considerate in their water use. The kitchen tap water is filtered. As well as the shower and toilet in the bathroom pod, we have a compostable toilet on the property and the option for a bush shower. There is NO TV in the house! Our house is the perfect little retreat to spend time with one another. There is so much to see and do in Bremer and would like to encourage you to go out and explore.
