Cosy flat (72 sqm), recently completely and lovingly refurbished. Completely exterior and with views of the Búbal reservoir and Peña Telera. It is located just 50 metres from the free bus to Panticosa ski resort, and 15 minutes from Formigal ski resort. It has a nice living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed as well as a bathroom. The property is ideal for relaxing and is especially recommended for families with children. The space The property is located in the center of the village and has two bedrooms, the first one has a 1.50 metre bed with hard mattress firmness and medium firmness pillows. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a hard mattress firmness and medium firm pillows. Thinner pillows are also available. The living/dining area has a 2.5 metre long sofa with cheslong, convertible into a bed for two children or one adult (1.30 x 2 m) and Smart TV with free access to Prime Video. The dining area has a round table for 6 people and board games. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a window to the street, and has a microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge, extractor hood, blender, toaster and sandwich maker. It is fully equipped and it has a large Italian coffee machine, and Delonghi Nespresso capsule coffee machine (several are left as a welcome courtesy). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower screen. There is a front-loading washing machine in the bathroom. Large bath towels are provided for all occupants, as well as washbasin towels. The house has a room at the entrance where there is a ski rack, with space to leave poles and helmets, and an area to leave boots. For the comfort of the guests, the flat is designed for 4 adults and 2 children maximum (6 people) or 5 adults. The apartment is registered in the National Registry of Tourist Housing and in the Tourism Registry of Aragon (see registration numbers below). Guest access It has free WIFI 200 MB and Smart TV with access to payment platforms (Netflix, Prime, HBO...) through your personal username and password. The Búbal reservoir and a children's playground are just 100 metres away.
