Situated in Borovets, Luxury villa TIROL features a free WiFi. With location just 5 min walk from the main Gondola Station and 10 meters nursery slopes of Iglika and Rotata ski runs perfect for start of the ski holiday – away from the hustle of the resort in the pine forest . The space The Villa provides guests with a a living area with sofa bed comfortably accommodates 2 people , a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a grill toaster , dishwasher ,juice maker, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils for 12 people . Three master bedrooms with double bed accommodate up till 2 people each , another two bedrooms with two single beds. That makes total of 12 people plus the additional extendable sofa bed .Two bathrooms with shower cabin and free toiletries . A fridge and kettle are also available. At the balcony there are hot tub Jacuzzi and BBQ grill .Comfortable sauna for relax after skiing. Note there is damage deposit to be paid up on arrival 350 euro cash! Cleaning schedule: Emptying the bins and supply of toilet paper every other day. For reservations 4-7 nights you will receive fresh towels in the middle of your stay. For reservations 7-10 nights you will receive fresh towels two times and bed linen once. Dish washing is not offered as a service. Given prices include only accommodation. Guest access You can park free of charge in front on the villa, just collect ticket with booking information (check in, check out date, name of villa )from our office or write it down yourself and leave it on the front window of your car. We offer wide range of services and all kind of ski and snowboard equipment and lessons. Hunters ski school has few depots located on prime location in the resort
