Welcome to the LaFayette. The space The LaFayette House has four queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite full bath. The home is outfitted with WiFi, a furnished kitchen, premium local coffee, a large dining table, a dedicated workspace, Roku, TV, washing machine and dryer, deck, and backyard. This home is the closest rental to Hillsdale College. Steps away from the athletic facilities and a short walk to the main campus, The LaFayette is the most convenient and elegant place to stay in Hillsdale. ● No smoking, vaping, or drug use permitted in the property at any point. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only. Guests must clean up after themselves. ● Pets are not allowed at The LaFayette house unless the owners consent to our pet policy and deposit requirements. Requests to have more than the number of guests on the reservation at the property at any time during the stay must be approved in writing. ● Other things to note: By booking property guests assume all liability associated with staying at The LaFayette House. By booking, guests agree to limit the number of guests to those listed on their reservation. As a reminder, Pets, parties, and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
