Master is on main floor with easy access from the carport. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the lower level. Nice screened in porch as well as deck on home outfitted with TV's and a grill. On the water is a 2-story floating dock with chase lounges and boat docking access. Home also comes with a paddle board and a Kayak for guest use. Motorized craft not included. Other things to note Two kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use. Fishing year round.
