This spacious home is tuned for remote work, with fiber internet and 4 desks - but also optimized for relaxation with a brand new hot tub, new luxury kitchen, basement gym, projector movie theater, and cozy touches all around. There's plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms, plus a couch in the basement that pulls into a queen-sized bed. Central heat and A/C will keep you cool during the heat waves and cozy in the winter, and for extra heat, there's an electric fireplace in the downstairs movie theater. Renovating this historic 1940 town dairy has been a 3-year labor of love, and the Owner aimed for extra touches to make it great in every room - including heated bidet seats, TVs in every room (and over the hot tub!), local artwork, new luxury appliances, and the coziest memory foam beds. There is plenty of space for parking, including room for multiple camper vans in the driveway. Please note: This is close to train tracks! There is an ordinance so the train doesn't honk, and all the windows are double-paned to reduce noise, but it is definitely noticeable when these sweet machines chug by! I've put white noise machines AND fans in every bedroom just in case you're noise-sensitive. Very light sleepers will probably be most comfortable in the rooms on the side of the house facing away from the river/train tracks or in the basement room for the full sensory deprivation sleep experience. 2 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
