If you’re bringing additional vehicles, please refer to the public and private parking options listed below. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces. Please note: charging golf carts on the property is not permitted. Public Parking: Enforcement: March 1 – October 31, 9 AM – 8 PM Rates: $5/hour or $25/day Payment: Pay stations or ParkMobile app Locations: Various lots including Alabama Ave, Hamlet Ave, Ocean Blvd, Canal Dr, and more. Rates: Typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Note: Town parking passes are not accepted in these private lots. Accessibility: We’re happy to host you and want to share a quick note in advance. The unit is at the top floor, and the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, and access requires a flight of stairs.
