«LE COCON» – The studio in the house of dreams

Bright and cozy studio under the roof. Angular and playful room layout. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. WITHOUT balcony (but large private park/garden for shared use). Quiet neighborhood, close to nature on the edge of a wine village with restaurants and shops... and the lake is not so far away :-) The studio is especially suitable for individuals (vacation, break, business trip, ...) as well as for couples. Adjacent additional room available for additional charge. The space A cozy, angled studio in a house community with a total of four residential units. With the exception of the studio, the three other residential units are inhabited all year round. Our very large communal garden with a stream, pond and forest has, among other things, enough seating areas to linger. Guest access Separate acces to the studio. This is located in the attic (3rd floor). Additional room (double bed) adjacent to the studio available for additional charge. Large garden with fire pit, as well as forest. Other things to note Additional persons: there is an adjoining additional room with a double bed, which can be rented (CHF 30.- per additional person). Information for families: The studio is conditionally suitable, but it is quite possible. Travel folding bed for small children is available (no extra charges). The studio has a double bed, a sleeping place with a single mattress and a sofa bed. Just ask me for more details if you are unsure...
