"LE COCON" – The studio in the house of dreams

Bright and cozy studio under the roof. Angled and playful room layout. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. WITHOUT balcony (but large private park/garden for shared use). Quiet neighborhood, close to nature on the edge of a wine village with restaurants and shops... and the lake is not so far away :-) The studio is especially suitable for individuals (vacation, time out, business trip,...) as well as for couples. Adjacent additional room available for additional charge. The space A cozy, angled studio in a housing community with a total of four residential units. With the exception of the studio, the other three residential units are inhabited all year round. Our very large communal garden with stream, pond and forest has enough seating areas to linger. Guest access Separate access to the studio. This is located in the attic (2nd floor). Additional room (double bed) adjacent to the studio available for an additional charge. Large garden with fireplace, as well as forest. Other things to note Additional persons: there is an adjoining additional room with a double bed, which can be rented (CHF 30 per additional person). Information for families: The studio is suitable to a limited extent, but it is quite possible. Travel cot for small children is available (no extra charges).
