The space On the ground floor, with independent entrance access, you will be welcomed by the charm of the living area that combines dining and relaxation in the living room with a ventilated wood fireplace with direct access to the outdoor terrace from the kitchen overlooking our Prosecco Divigna vineyards. Our accommodation is on 2 levels, the whole house has been completely renovated while maintaining the layout and ancient architecture that distinguishes it, giving it character and personality. On the ground floor, we find: • 1 Entrance • 1 Dining area and living area • 1 Service bathroom with washing machine • 1 Kitchen equipped with table and chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace • 1 Covered outdoor terrace with table and bench overlooking the valley dotted with vineyards from which our Prosecco Divigna is produced, the iconic name of our winery. On request, you can buy our wines directly at KM0 and have a wine tasting experience in our annex, which is a short walk from the house. On the first floor, we find: • 1 Spacious double room • 1 Room with single beds that can be joined to become a double bed • 1 Full bathroom with toilet and glazed shower stall • 1 hallway connecting the sleeping area to the bathroom All the furnishings and style of the house evoke calm, peace and a feeling of comfort and visual and emotional relaxation. . Each room is equipped with a bed with pillows and bed linen and towels, the 2 rooms are independent and enjoy excellent privacy, underfloor heating, there is a satellite Smart TV in each room, WiFi and hot and cold air conditioning, there are wardrobes and several compartments in which to store your travel items and clothes. On the same level there is the main bathroom with services and a glass shower box completely renovated and refurbished with quality materials and services. For families traveling with infants, there is enough space in all rooms to place their own crib or baby bed, upon request it can also be provided by us. The magnificent private terrace, covered and illuminated with a table, benches and from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of all our vineyards, completes the picture on the ground floor. We have also arranged a covered parking lot powered by solar panels with charging stations for cars and electric vehicles. Guest access The house has an independent entrance and will be at your disposal during the entire stay. To access our apartment, you will arrive directly in front of the entrance door thanks to the precise location and detailed information that we will provide via chat on Airbnb before your arrival. Our reception staff will be waiting for you upon your arrival to welcome you and hand over the house keys. Other things to note We have a baby crib and will be happy to welcome you with your newly born children. The entire house is NON-SMOKING. Please smoke on the terrace outside. Only for single-night bookings, an additional fee of 50% of the rate of the day booked will be applied compared to the price published on the platform at the time of booking.
