Perfect Beach house for BIG families

Home built in 2017 is perfect for relaxing a vacation. Although it has space to sleep 12 comfortably in beds we can only rent out to 10 at a time per HOA guidelines. Convenience of not needing a car to go to the gulf, but it's tough to ever leave the back "yard" with white sand and clear water at your disposal. Not in the high traffic areas like Pensacola and Destin, but close enough to both. We built this home as the perfect spot for a few families to vacation together, enjoy! The space Water front property that allows you to see your family and friends in the water while you are cooking in the kitchen, truly unique and extremely convenient. Large smart TVs in every room if you need to stay inside for any reason. Guest access Access to everything you need, garage, kitchen, elevator, TVs, Blue tooth sound bar and waterproof speaker, washer and dryer, kayaks, clean linens/towels, BBQ pit, everything you would expect and more! This vacation in Navarra was probably our best. Less traffic, more private, perfect accommodations, easy access to the crowds and restaurants. The house was amazing and perfect for our family, owners have put a lot of thought in the layout and décor of this beach rental. We will definitely be back! Date of Stay Jun 23, 2017 Helpful votes: 0/1 This was my family's first trip to Navarre and first stay at this beach house, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations! The beach house is brand new, with high end finishes and amenities that are beautiful but comfortable at the same time. The open kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of seating and a big-screen TV were perfect for playing Trivia Pursuit at night or watching our beloved LSU Tigers compete at the College World Series (we still love our boys!). With five bedrooms (all with Smart TVs, chic furnishings and crisp, comfortable linens) and five and a half baths (with beautifully tiled floor), there was plenty of room for our group of 11 to have our own spaces to nap, read, watch TV or just unwind when we weren't busy doing outdoor things. We started each day with a big breakfast that the husbands cooked in the wonderful kitchen, then headed out to the water (just steps from the back patio). This is perhaps what we loved MOST about this place! There was something for all of us to do right outside the backdoor, and we all enjoyed being near each other while doing our own thing. We kayaked, fished, sunbathed, swam, paddle-boarded, played badminton, tossed the football, etc. The house is well stocked with lots of rafts, skim boards, kayaks, toys, etc. so that was extremely helpful and cut down on our packing. After lunch, we usually headed to Navarre Beach (we hopped in the SUV for a quicker trip) where the water was absolutely pristine. We were pleasantly surprised at the low volume of beach-goers there. It wasn't crowded like other beaches and was very family-friendly. The beach was easily accessible and made for wonderful afternoons in the sun! At night, we retreated back to the house in time to catch the AMAZING SUNSET every single day. Being from Louisiana and having an affinity for beautiful scenery, we really appreciated being able to gather on the upstairs deck to take in the beautiful sunsets. We ventured off the property only to go to the beach, to get snoballs for the kids, to enjoy a dinner out, and to bring the teens to the inflatable obstacle course a few minutes away. Side note: We also enjoyed a several sightings of different kinds of military aircraft, which was really cool! One last thing...Chris, the owner of the property, was an absolute joy to deal with. A fellow Louisianian, he was always a quick phone call away and very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again!! ~Angela B. Date of Stay Jun 9, 2017 Helpful votes: 2/0 This is a beautiful new house and the beach is literally steps from the back patio. Ten of us stayed here for a week and it was incredible. Every bedroom has a private bath and the beds were very comfortable. Smart tv's in every room as well. It has a great kitchen with a large island. The elevator made moving in and out easy. The beach was wonderful and it seemed like it was fifteen to twenty steps from the back patio to the water. The water stayed fairly shallow for about thirty yards. We also enjoyed the kayaks as well. Navarre is a wonderful place with plenty of great places to shop and eat. It's not nearly as crowded as Pensacola or Destin. Chris, the owner, was great. He answered the phone every time we called. A few members of our party arrived at the house early, and Chris was able to open the house for them from his computer. My son also set off the alarm and Chris was able to turn it off as well. So you have this big beautiful new house just a few steps from the water, five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, smart tv's in every room, a great kitchen with a large serving island, comfy living room with a sectional, elevator, second floor balcony to watch the kids play in the water, washer and dryer, and even a couple of kayaks. The only down side is that you will never want to leave.
