A self contained detached Annex in cottage garden

Chance Cottage Annex is a uniquely built and individual building located within the garden of a 18th Century Cottage. The Annex has been fully refurbished in April 2025 and returning to Airbnb after 2.5years. It has its own private entrance and is located in a quiet part of the pretty village of Holton, near Oxford. The village is just 2 miles from the M40 between High Wycombe and Oxford with easy transport links to Oxford city centre, London, the Midlands, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds. The space *We are committed to the AirBNB Enhanced Cleaning Protocol and as an additional precaution we will be leaving a minimum of 24 hours between guests.* There are no additional cleaning fees. A self-contained, detached Annex with a separate entrance from the road accessed via three steps. Disabled access is also available through Chance Cottage garden. The Annex includes a kitchen, comfortable living room, double bedroom and a modern en-suite. A private outdoor seating area is also provided. A breakfast welcome basket is included in the room rate and contains a variety of breakfast options. A washing machine in the Annex is available to use along with an indoor airer and outside washing pole. In addition, a tumble dryer is available in the main cottage utility room at a small cost. Internet access is very good however as we live in the country this cannot be guaranteed. The Annex is available to Adults only. No infants or children permitted. Guest access Guests have sole use of a private patio area to the right of the Annex. Other things to note Off road parking available for guests on Chance Cottage front drive. For longer stays fresh linen and towels will be provided every 7 days. As we do not charge a cleaning fee no cleaning will be undertaken during your stay. The Annex is available to Adults only. No infants or children permitted.
