The space Unit A has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping Arrangements: -The master bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and it has it's own private bathroom with walk in closet. -The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin size beds. It has it's own entrance to a full bathroom. Laundry Room: This house is fully furnished along with a washer and dryer for convenience! Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities needed to prepare your favorite meals. Living Room: The cozy living room offers a perfect spot to unwind and catch a game on the big screen TV! Workspace: Catch up on some work in your private desk and comfortable chair. -Free, fast, and reliable wifi available. Outdoor space: Step outside and unwind in your own private outdoor retreat. This charming space features comfortable seating—perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or late-night conversations under the stars. If that happens please contact host. The smart lock has an auto lock feature for added security. It will automatically lock after 30 seconds. Guests will have access to the entire 2 BR Unit A for the duration of your stay. Excluding the Attic and an Owner's closet. ***The property is gated. We will provide you with the gate code at check in. Stay clear of the gate as it opens and closes. At check out, please leave the gate remote where you found it*** Please do not lose the gate remote. A fee will apply for lost gate remotes. Other things to note We provide parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. The designated parking spots for Unit A are shown in the exterior pictures. Additional street parking is available if needed. This home is centrally located in Cleveland, TX and you have access to grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. No smoking. No vaping. No pets. No extra guests. Our maintenance team may regularly be on the property cutting grass, cleaning, charging cameras, pressure washing, painting, etc. Guests must request baby bath tub, pack & play, and baby high chair beforehand. ***The property is gated. Stay clear of the gate as it opens and closes. Do not let children play on or operate the gate. The unit next door may have guest as well, please be considerate of each other. Other guests may be entering/exiting the property, please watch your children.***
