Electricity is included up to an average of 8 kWh per day, the surplus (heating) is to be paid on site based on the meter reading and at cost price. Cleaning fee (65 euros) possible if desired, and a deposit of 400 euros to be provided and paid upon arrival for the duration of the stay. No smoking allowed Guest access The reception is personalized, but if necessary thanks to a key box. The cottage is accessed independently, thanks to a dedicated entrance. From the private parking lot, a driveway leads to the accommodation, and two steps are to be climbed to enter the private landscaped courtyard that gives access to the accommodation and its terrace. Other things to note By booking this cottage, you are guaranteed access to a private riverside plot located less than 2 km from the accommodation.
