The apartment is situated in a standard residential building at 19 Pirosmani Street, which is located approximately 7 kilometers from Batumi Train Station and about 4 kilometers from Batumi International Airport. The building provides 24 hour reception and security, but does not provide luggage storage services, and is not under our management. Therefore, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues related to the building. The building is subject to a regulation that prohibits gas installations, so everything in the apartment operates solely on electricity, including heating and the hot water tank. Heating is provided by an AC unit and electric heater. The availability of hot water is dependent on the capacity of the tank. It needs to be used wisely, otherwise you may run out of water and have to wait for the water tank to heat up again, which can take some time. Private parking is not available. However, there are designated public parking zones in the vicinity, marked by the 🅿 sign.
