A 165 m2 familyhouse in quiet surroundings, lots of space inside and outside, new kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, diningroom and a nice livingroom w/couch, workingdesk, tv w/ access to many channels and Netflix. The house is not renovated. The best place is the terrasse, with a terrasse heater, so you can stay warm and injoy coffee and cigarettes. Free Parking for 3 cars. A nice outdoor poolarea for the kids only 1 km away. The best place inside is the diningroom which is the center of the house with nice wiew to the garden. Outside livingroom is the terrasse, with cafewarmer, so you can injoy coffee and cigarettes. Guest access Access to the entire House, except the 4’th room, which is private Other things to note The fridge had icecubes and cold water steam.
