The bright cozy approx. 37 sqm basement apartment consists of a hallway, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 combined living-dining room with kitchenette. Check-in / check-out is done via the key box next to the front door. Business travelers are also welcome. The location between the Thuringian Forest and Franconian Forest as well as the proximity to the spa town of Bad Staffelstein makes our apartment particularly interesting for excursions. The train station is only 600 meters away. The space The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven with stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, cutting board, etc. Simple spices, vinegar and oil are also available. In the dining area, a large, sturdy dining table is at your disposal. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable in the massage chair. The sofa bed invites you to linger. The smart TV can also be viewed from the dining area. The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, shower and bathtub, where you can relax. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe. The bed is designed for two people. If you are traveling with three people, the sofa bed (sleeping area 120 x 200 cm) is provided as a sleeping place in the living room. In the area of the front door is the cozy, covered outdoor area with seating, from which you can watch the sunsets. Guest access Free parking is available on the side street in front of the property and can be used within the framework of the German Traffic Code. Unfortunately, our place is not barrier-free.
