New in 2024, family apartment. Large private terrace area (part covered) also access to a garden, BBQ area, play area shared with one other flat. Central in Billund Town yet set in a peaceful residential area ( forest zone), no traffic. Designed and laid out to suit families. Games, toys, boardgames, books etc are all present, there is Internet but no TV. 600m to supermarket and summer shuttle bus. Sleeps 8, can squeeze 9 on a camping bed. Plenty of Free off road parking. Semidetached property. The space The unit has a full size family bathroom (bath and shower). Full family equpped kitchen, separate laundry area. Two bedrooms (3 double beds) and a living room (double sleeper ) allowing 8 adults. There is also a foldup bed suitable for a child or less robust adult if you need to get to squeeze in 9. There is a nice private patio including covered seating area and access to a large garden ( shared with Flat A) with mature oak trees and lawn. You can rent flat A and B together, the units have a connecting door. This gives an occupancy of 14 adults comfortably and 17 at a real squeeze. The apartment has been designed by a family, for families, there are no TVs but internet, toys, board games, big gas BBQ. We are continously adding features so look at the photographs Guest access The property has a private entrance, parking and private large patio/terrace (part covered), as well as access to a large family garden shared with apartment A (only the garden is shared). Only the external garage is not accessible, we use it for storage Other things to note The flat is designed to be family friendly. The house is clean and maintained. We tend to use blockwood tables and laminate flooring and keep fragile things away from small fingers. We expect sensible wear and tear normal of family use (it's not a museum!). We expect your children to scream, shout and laugh all day. We do expect noise levels not to annoy the neighbours between 11pm and 7am. The houses can not be booked for parties as per Airbnb rules. Undeclared pets or smoking inside the flat cause an emergency deep clean fee of 2000kr. There are external covered smoking areas you are welcome to use. The house has been sensibly sound proofed but we want guests to know beforehand that one internal wall is shared with Flat A. If kids get really excited in parts of flat A, they may be heard in parts of flat B (it's a family holiday home, not a yoga retreat :-) ! )
