The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building, fully renovated by us, your hosts. While we don’t have an elevator in this building, once you are in the apartment, everything is in the same level. You will see a black door with the number 302 outside. The windows are standard and not soundproof, so if you're very sensitive to outside sounds, this is something to keep in mind. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Guest access The property is accessed via 30 steps from street level, and there is no elevator/lift. During your stay We strive to provide guests with a seamless and private stay. Guests can self check-in via a smart lock for added convenience, and can contact us through the Airbnb platform at any time for assistance. Other things to note Our property is about 30 minutes from Itami Airport, so guests may hear planes passing overhead during the day; flights typically stop around 9 PM and resume around 6 AM. As the neighborhood continues to grow, occasional nearby construction may occur, and while there is currently nothing active close to the building, this can change without advance notice. Like any residential area, occasional ambulance or police sirens may be heard, though they are not frequent, especially at night, and the street is generally calm and quiet in the evenings. A few times a week, around 10 AM, a community rubbish truck passes by playing a short melody to announce its arrival, which is a unique part of daily life in Japan and may surprise guests who are not used to it.
