A holiday in Tuscany in the Sienese countryside at the Erta farmhouse. Erta is a farmhouse located near Casole d’Elsa, an open corner of nature where animals live free and people open their hearts to the emotions that only our land and our fathers can offer. Erta is a farmhouse carefully restored with respect to the tradition of the rural architecture of the Sienese hills. Lavanda is a studio apartment for a splendid and unforgettable holiday for two. Also equipped with a bathroom and built-in kitchen, it is the most beautiful place in the house from which to admire the sunset. The swimming pool, open from May to September, measures 6 × 12 m. and is surrounded by roses and olive trees. It represents a pleasant place to spend an afternoon of leisure or a little relaxation after a day spent visiting the surroundings and is an ideal place for a spring or summer party. Dining on the Erta terrace is a unique experience. You sit in front of the sunset sipping a glass of Risala and time seems to stand still. While the sun disappears behind the hills Varno discreetly places the wonderful products of his oven on the table and disappears silently. Thus they spend the most peaceful hours of the day, thinking about nothing, chatting with friends and enjoying the passage of time. Sometimes it is the light of dawn that interrupts the idyll.
