Parking: Guests may park one car in the garage, two in the driveway, and additional street parking is available in front of the home. Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night. Guest Portal: Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay. Other things to note NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fine will be issued for smoking anywhere on the premises. Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog. Please note: There is a fully fenced dog park over our back fence that guests are welcome to use. Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, he comes and goes through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay. Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water.
