Fabulous, Georgian, well appointed, newly upgraded, comfortable cottage with Lake and Parkland views & space to enjoy. Walk play tennis court (we can provide racquets & balls). Lovely old property with plenty of charm. Well situated to explore the surrounding area, Munster & the South of Ireland. 30 mins to Adare, 40 mins to the centre of Limerick City. Lots to enjoy - Cliffs, caves and castles all within easy reach. A perfect rural retreat for couples, family or friends to enjoy. The space Charming old Georgian guest house full of character. Retro vibe! Comfortable and user friendly. The main house is nearby but totally separate. Great walks, tennis court, lake (boat available if you are competent and can swim - adult supervision essential ) . BBQ/ picnic area by our little waterfall, south facing terrace with dining chairs & table. Guest access You are welcome to walk around the parkland, play tennis, picnic or BBQ by the cottage, down by the lake or waterfall. Lots to do & see locally and fun half or full day trips. We are close to the Ballyhoura Mountaim bike facility (10 mins) which is well recommended. Other things to note We do have very friendly dogs. Also ducks (wild & domestic), a goose, chickens & guinea fowl, all well behaved! The proximity of the lake, which is deep, means that young, independent children must be closely watched. We can provide a cot and most baby items if required. We INSIST that children are closely supervised and we cannot be responsible for them! This is a working farm and we ask that you respect our farm rules. The house is well removed from all the noisy aspects though, with the occasional exception of the lawnmower!
