The nearest shop is in the picturesque town Vižinada, 3 km away, a pizzeria is 4 km away, wine and olive oil road only 500 m from the house and the sea is 15 km away. On a large, completely enclosed property, Villa Maria Markovići offers an infinity swimming pool of 54 sqm, summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace and dining table, lounge sitting set, badminton/volleyball court, trampoline and swing for the youngest. Holiday home for 9 people of 280 sqm extends over two completely air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting set, a double room with satellite TV and private shower/toilet and another shower/toilet. On the first floor there are in total of three bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, air conditioning and satellite TV, two of them with double bed and one with double bed and a single bed. Other things to note Groups of younger adults (20 years or older) are welcome, provided that they comply with the house rules and with an adittional breackage deposit of 150,- EUR per person.
