There is a large free parking behind the house as well as over 2,000 m2 of land with numerous fig trees to snack on. The apartment Vreni's "APARTAMENTO da LAVANDARIA" offers max. 3 people. A box spring double bed in the bedroom ensures the best possible comfort. The lounge is equipped with a TV and offers enough space for an extra bed. The very spacious kitchen with every comfort has a fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, cooker, dishes and lots of storage space. Total approx. 56 m2. The bathroom, lined with restored antique floor tiles, is rather small. End the day with a glass of wine on the large private terrace with pool and sea views.
