Sleeping up to 12 guests, this combination is ideal for families, friends, celebrations and multi-generational groups looking for plenty of space to gather and relax in a peaceful rural setting. The Barn offers three comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. Just steps away, our handcrafted Finnish Log Cabin offers something completely different, with open-plan living, two elevated sleeping lofts, a huge sofa bed and fantastic entertainment facilities. The Log Cabin also has a light-filled conservatory where the entire side can be opened up, creating a fantastic indoor/outdoor space leading onto the patio and BBQ area. Together, you'll have plenty of room to spend time as a group while enjoying the flexibility of two separate properties. 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The Barn & The Log Cabin sleep up to 12 guests across traditional bedrooms, elevated sleeping lofts and a sofa bed. THE BARN – SLEEPS 6 • Master en-suite bedroom: Emperor bed (2.1m x 2.1m / approx. 7ft x 7ft) • En-suite bedroom: Double bed • En-suite bedroom: Double bed THE LOG CABIN – SLEEPS 6 • Elevated sleeping loft: King-size bed • Elevated sleeping loft: King-size bed • Open-plan lounge: Exceptionally large luxury sofa bed (3.2m x 2m), frequently described by guests as “sleeping on a cloud” ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE – LOG CABIN SLEEPING LOFTS The two king-size beds are in open, elevated sleeping lofts accessed by ladders, with restricted headroom due to the pitched roof. It has: • Combination microwave with oven function • Double Ninja air fryer • Hob for pots and pans • Toaster and kettle • Covered outdoor BBQ which can be used year-round The Barn has a fully equipped kitchen with conventional cooking facilities. 🔥 WOOD-FIRED HOT TUBS You'll have exclusive use of two private wood-fired hot tubs, one for each property. Your first hot tub session is complimentary, and we provide the wood, kindling, paper and firelighters. Each tub has a hot-water tap so it can be filled fresh when you're ready to use it. Simply fill the tub, light the fire and allow the water to heat. 🌳 THE ESTATE The Barn & The Log Cabin are situated within our peaceful 6-acre private countryside estate. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared estate grounds and children's play park, including the swings, climbing frame and huge 14ft sunken trampoline. Please note that other guests may be staying in separate accommodation elsewhere on the estate. The Barn, Log Cabin and your two hot tubs are exclusively for your group. 📐 FLOOR PLANS & 360° TOURS Detailed photographs, floor plans and interactive 360° tours are available to view before booking, allowing you to explore the exact layout, bedrooms and living spaces and make sure the accommodation is right for your group. 🏠 HOUSE RULES 🚫 Strictly no pets 👟 Please remove shoes in carpeted areas — shoe trays are provided. Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to both The Barn and The Log Cabin throughout their stay, including both private hot tubs and their respective outdoor seating areas. The Barn & Log Cabin are located within our 6-acre countryside estate. Other guests may occasionally be staying in separate accommodation elsewhere on the estate, so you may see other guests within the wider grounds. The Barn, Log Cabin, their outdoor areas and both hot tubs are exclusively for your group. Free secure on-site parking is available.
