Both houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor: - Master suite: queen size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and ocean view. - Second bedroom: queen-size bed and air conditioning (hot/cold). - Third bedroom: four single beds (bunk beds), air conditioning, heating, and ocean views. It is possible to modify the layout to add a double bed. The upper floor includes: - An equipped Kitchen. - Living room and TV area. - Third bathroom. - Large decks with a grill and incredible ocean views. Beach access is easy, following a path that starts 20 meters from our houses and descends to the middle lagoon, arriving directly to the beach in just 3 minutes. Rosa's downtown is 400 meters away, where you'll find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. To get there, you need to go up and down the hill both ways, which can make the walk somewhat demanding. Other things to note We do not allow parties or events! Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
