Beautiful older house in the immediate vicinity of the beach and great Wi-Fi! The space The house 'Kurallee' is a well-kept, individually designed, spacious holiday home of about 130 m² in a modern atmosphere. This is an older house that is continuously being beautified and modernized. If you can enjoy the charm of a cozy and individual old building, this is the place for you. The location is perfect: You only need to take a few steps and you are right by the sea or stroll along the beach promenade towards the marina and enjoy a wide range of varied gastronomy in the immediate vicinity. Or you can go in the other direction and relax in the extensive natural setting. The car can be left behind, because the area also offers a variety of leisure activities. Recently, there is also a paddle board rental in the neighboring beach! Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor, a master bedroom and two rooms each with two beds. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, two stylishly furnished living rooms with access to a sun-facing terrace. The large terrace received a beautiful artificial lawn in early 2024. On the first floor is also the rather smaller shower room. The shower was renovated in early 2024. In the spacious living-dining room there is a fireplace and a spacious sitting area with TV. In the second living room there is another dining table and a high-quality sofa bed. Due to the two living areas, the house also offers enough retreat options for several people. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, freezer, induction stove and a new dishwasher. There is also a microwave. A coffee maker is of course also available, as well as an electric kettle. Several high-quality furniture and some plank floors give the house a very special charm. A real feel-good house! All rooms were extensively renovated in 2023/2024. Linens are provided. Towels must be brought or can be booked.
