Welcome to Villa Mahalo. This Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an 11-meter by 4-meter private saltwater pool and a pool table. Very nice location, quiet, ideally located between the famous beaches of Nai Harn Beach (6 minutes) and Rawai Beach (3 minutes). Nearby you will find restaurants, massages, convenience stores. The pool, terrace and tropical garden are a true paradise day or night. The space Push open the front door and you will discover a beautiful space with a beautiful pool, a pretty terrace and a large pergola. Inside the villa, a large living room equipped with a 65-inch SmartTV with all the world channels, a 7-foot pool table and a modern kitchen with access to the terrace and the 12-meter by 4-meter saltwater pool will delight you. You will also find 3 large bedrooms with their private bathroom and SmartTV. Bedroom 1: Master suite with king size bed and bathroom and large dressing room with desk. Bedroom 2: king size bed and bathroom. Bedroom 3: king size bed and bathroom. Guest access The villa is surrounded by high private walls that guarantee complete privacy. It's not shared with other hosts. The villa has a covered parking space. Other things to note As part of our security policy, we are required to collect a refundable security deposit of 15,000 THB upon arrival. The full deposit will be returned to you upon departure, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules have been respected. You can pay the deposit in cash in Thai Baht (THB) or the equivalent amount in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP), depending on the exchange rate on the day of arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Included in your stay: Towels and pool towels as well as bed linen are provided. Cleaning & Linen Policy: In order to keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning program: The first cleaning is done after 4 nights, with change of towels. After 3 additional nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is done, with towels and linen change. Additional cleaning services (with change of towels or linens) are available upon request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability. Don't hesitate to contact us in advance to arrange one. For your comfort, the villa is also treated against pests every 3 months. Not included: Electricity is charged 6 THB per unit (kWh). A photo of the official meter will be taken at check-in and check-out. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB. Additional services such as tours, car and motorcycle rentals, or taxis are available upon request at an additional cost.
