This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms: one double master with great sea views and a twin room, both with spacious built in wardrobes and with access to the large terrace which wraps around the entire apartment. Both bathrooms are finished in neutral tones. Sit back and relax in the bright and airy living space complete with dining table and a comfortable double sofa-bed that makes the apartments available for 6 people. On a balmy summer evening step out onto the terrace and take in stunning views or the Mediterranean. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the city center just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the Casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: Check-in after 15:00. Check-out before 11:00. We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs. Kindly note that check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 have an extra charge of 30€. After 23:00 the extra charge is 60€. HOUSE RULES: Clients are committed to behave with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise after 22:00 and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted. Private parking 24h guarded is available on request for 30€ per night. The Tourist Tax must be paid before arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests and it's 10,45€ x adult (older than 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights. Pets (weighing less than 5 kg) are allowed for an additional charge of €50 per night, subject to prior confirmation. In the event of damage to the property or additional cleaning required due to the pet, the corresponding amount will be requested through the Airbnb platform. Guest access According to the building regulations, access to the common areas (swimming pool, gym, paddle courts, and garden) is strictly reserved for residents and therefore not permitted for guests. Other things to note Before arriving our guests have to complete a check-in online process using our link. Complete a form with all guest information, upload ID/Passport information, sign a contract, and then the tourist tax payment. Once the check-in online process is complete, an email with the address, instructions, and electronic key will be sent.
