Trinity Barn | Winterton Cottages

Trinity Barn is a modern barn conversion, with a traditional feel in the pretty Broadland village of Fleggburgh. Downstairs you'll find a well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The back door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed garden with an outdoor dining table & chairs. The barn is centrally heated throughout, but there's also an electric fire in the open plan dining area and a TV there too. From there you walk through into the living room, with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. At the back of the barn you'll find a ground floor bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower, washbasin and WC. The stairs lead off the dining area straight into the second bedroom which has two 3' single beds, and it's own ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC. Please note there is a low ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. Outside there's an enclosed garden to the rear/side of the barn, and off road parking at the front for two cars. Two dogs are welcome at Trinity Barn free of charge. The award winning Kings Arms pub is just 2 minutes walk from the barn, and there are beautiful countryside walks and public footpaths nearby. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest beaches at Hemsby, Scratby and Winterton.
