The Governor's House

Nestled in the very heart of the historic village of Lacock, The Governor's House boasts a second floor bedroom complete with a kingsize 4-poster bed, delightful views over the church and village on 3 sides and an exceptionally high quality mattress and bedding, while the first floor offers a spacious lounge with a dining area, coffee machine and TV and a beautifully designed shower room. The historic building has been recently been refurbished in a contemporary yet cosy English style. Step outside to enjoy a private courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating, atmospheric lighting, and a fire bowl. The Governor's House offers the luxury of guaranteed parking in the our large gated driveway (a rarity in Lacock). A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your doorstep at a time of your choosing. This includes granola, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, jam and butter as standard but we will happily adapt to your dietary requirements and preferences- just let us know.
