Forget your worries at this spacious, serene space. We offer our main residence for seasonal rental, a traditional chalet, completely renovated in 2019, with a floor area of 150 m². Facing south, you will enjoy maximum sunshine all day long. Whether with friends or family, you can enjoy an exceptional setting in this very comfortable cottage, which offers numerous amenities and the charm of a privately owned home's décor. The space This spacious chalet includes: - On the 2nd floor, there is a cozy and welcoming living room with a superbly equipped kitchen, bathed in the gentle warmth of a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. - On the 2nd floor, there is a spacious living room with a mountain-themed decor, featuring a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and a 2-seater sofa bed, a master suite with a shower and a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a separate toilet. - On the ground floor, a cozy mountain-style studio, consisting of a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, a wardrobe, and a sideboard, a very well-equipped kitchenette with a combination cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, a shower, and a separate toilet. - Outside, there are 2 large, very sunny terraces, one equipped with a large table, the other with a small table and garden furniture. You can store skis, bicycles, etc. in the secure garage, and shoes and clothing in the entrance area on the ground floor. The cottage is accessible on one level, with two lovely private parking spaces and a boules court to liven up your leisure time outside of snowy periods. Guest access You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor areas. Other things to note Cleaning is mandatory, charged at an additional €180 including tax, and must be paid directly to the concierge on the day of your arrival. Bed and bath linens are provided and included in the rental price. Many hiking trails are possible from the house. Italy is 12 km away via the Col Agnel pass. A tree-climbing course, horseback riding, and a restaurant are directly accessible by car and on foot (1.5 km) from the chalet.
