The property has a front patio, offering views onto the landscaped courtyard, whilst to the rear, the private elevated decked patio is a sun trap! On a summers evening you can sit, relax and watch the sun drop into the vast blue sea or watch the little ones play in the adjoining meadow-there is lots of open space for everyone to enjoy. Internally, the property features contemporary standards of design yet retains rustic features including exposed beams and solid timber flooring throughout. The sun-filled open plan layout, includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen (complete with sea views from the sink!), dining area and comfortable lounge, with an electric wall mounted fire and television.
