Yew Tree Farmhouse is an impressive Georgian farmhouse with plenty of charm and space, set in a rural location close to the market towns of Fairford, Lechlade and Highworth. Internally, this large Cotswold holiday home includes a country kitchen with AGA, plus adjacent breakfast room. Furthermore, there is a separate dining room, which can comfortably seat 12-14 and there is a superb sitting room to relax on sofas arranged around the wood burner. There is also a downstairs study, with adjoining loo and shower room. Upstairs over two levels, there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so the farmhouse can easily accommodate large family and friend celebrations. Outside the kitchen, there is a terrace with outdoor table, parasol, and seating, which overlooks the wonderful garden, with a separate paddock and BBQ area.
