Large holiday flat in Peetzig am See

The large holiday flat in our house in Peetzig am See. Quietly located in the wonderful nature of the Uckermark. The bathing area of the Peetzigsee is 200 metres away, the garden of the house can be used completely. Bicycles, fire bowl, SUP board, natural pool, barbecue and fireplace are available free of charge. For the hot tub and sauna we charge a one-time usage fee/flat rate of 20 €. You may share the garden with guests of the other apartment. The space The apartment has a separate entrance and is situated in a well-kept country house (built in 1900) with three apartments. The house was renovated in 2011. The apartment has a size of approx. 80 sqm, divided on 2 floors. On the lower floor are the living area, the kitchen and the bathroom, on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The bed in the first bedroom measures 160 x 200 cm with two mattresses. The couch in the first bedroom can be used as a sofa bed and has a size of 120 x 200 cm. The bed in the second bedroom measures 140 x 200 cm. The couch in the second bedroom can also be used as a sofa bed with size 120 x 200. A children's travel bed is available if required. Guest access The garden with a size of 2000 sqm, two terraces facing west, swimming pond with footbridge, a separate Finnish sauna house and meadow orchard can be used completely. When using the sauna or hot tub, we ask you to heat the ovens yourself. Instructions for doing so are available in the sauna. A barbecue and a fire bowl are available. The house has 4 bicycles and 2 children's bicycles (18 inch), which can be used free of charge. A SUP board is available. Other things to note Pets are allowed and cost a one-time fee of €20 per pet.
