Orange Grove Villa (swimming pool + tennis court)

This is a Unique Private Villa (420 sq. m.) with 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 25 Acres (100.000 sq.m.) of land with orange trees and a huge garden, only 5 min drive to the city of Nafplion (4.5km away) with amazing heated 150 sq. meter Swimming Pool, BBQ, Tennis court with lights, big and beautiful garden with lights, ping-pong, two 4K UHD TV with Satellite channels and Netflix, Home Cinema 5.1, Playstation 4 Pro (4K gaming), Fast Wifi Internet, A/C and Heating throughout the whole property. In 2019, we renovated all the bathrooms to the highest standard. Each bedroom has its own uniquely styled bathroom. We have also redone wooden floors and repainted the house inside. We will also repaint all the outside in Spring 2020. The tennis court has also been repainted to the highest standard. There is a large water reservoir around the swimming pool with fresh water which is used to water the orange trees, the water is fresh as it is changed every 5-6 days, we have inflatable boats which can be used on it! Extra cleaning is provided on request Mrs Areti and Mr. Slavic live in a separate house on the property and provide extra cleaning as well as taking care of the swimming pool and the garden. They will also bring you fresh eggs from our chickens and vegetables from our organic garden when available They will also respect your privacy of course. Please note that we can arrange Tennis lessons, if you would like that please contact us in advance so we can arrange it. If you need any help, Mr. Slavic, the caretaker is available to help you as he lives in the house nearby. I, John am also available at any time to answer any questions you have and to make your stay the best possible 😀. I can offer you suggestions for Beaches, restaurants, bars, archeological sites to visit as well as help you with finding a taxi and order food from restaurants nearby.
